From the Akashi Area

Take the Second Shinmei Road

Continue onto Hanshin Expressway Route 3 (Kobe Line)

Exit at "Kyobashi" Interchange, turn left onto the local road,
then head toward Port Island and Kobe Airport via the Kobe Bridge.

From the Osaka Area

Take Hanshin Expressway Route 3 (Kobe Line)

Exit at "Ikutagawa" Interchange, turn left onto the local road,
then proceed to Port Island and Kobe Airport through the undersea tunnel.

From the Osaka Area (Wangan Route)

Take Hanshin Expressway Route 5 (Wangan Route)

After passing "Fukaehama" Interchange, move to the right lane.
Exit at "Sumiyoshihama" (right lane, caution required),
take Harbor Highway toward Shinko,
and from the end of Harbor Highway at Shinko, cross the Kobe Bridge
to reach Port Island and Kobe Airport.
