Can I make reservations at the dining establishments?
We apologize, but reservations are not available for any of the dining establishments within Kobe Animal Kingdom.

Park Rules
Can I re-enter the park?
Re-entry is not permitted.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring your own food. Seating is limited, so please be considerate of others.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, personal photography and social media sharing are allowed. However, commercial photography and selling images or videos are prohibited. Please avoid using tripods or blocking others. Flash photography and tapping on glass near animals are also not permitted.

Unfortunately, no ATMs are available in the park.
Payment Methods
What are the payment options besides cash?
At the ticket counter, gift shop, and dining facilities, you can use: Credit Cards (JCB, American Express, VISA, etc.) Electronic Money (WAON, transportation IC cards) QR Code Payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay) However, payments for animal feeding or attractions must be made in cash. Some food vendors may also accept cash only.

Coin locker
Lockers are available in two locations: one next to the "Gift Shop Capy & Barbara" in the south and another by the "North Ticket Booth" in the north. The rental fees depend on the size, with options available for ¥300 and ¥500. The southern lockers are limited to ¥300 options only.
South Locker: ¥300, Size: 35.7 cm x 45.3 cm x 39.8 cm
North Locker:
¥300, Size: 35.7 cm x 60.5 cm x 37.7 cm
¥500, Size: 35.7 cm x 60.5 cm x 72.2 cm
If your items do not fit in the lockers, there is a paid storage service available at both the south and north ticket booths.
