Wall for Biodiversity

Area image

The Biodiversity Conservation Wall This wall serves as an educational space where visitors can learn about biodiversity conservation. Panels along the wall explain various initiatives, such as reducing single-use plastics, efforts to protect the Tsushima leopard cat, the current situation in Borneo, ex-situ conservation, and the snow leopard conservation project. It encourages visitors to reflect on what they can do to help.

Next to this area, there is an exhibit featuring the Miyako grass lizard, part of the park's ex-situ conservation efforts. The display mimics the natural habitat of the lizard, including vegetation, temperature, humidity, and daylight hours. Visitors can observe the lizard while learning about its status in the wild through informative panels, making this space both a conservation effort and an educational experience.
